On our grading, the highest-graded product currently sold in the UK is Pürblack Pürblack® Déjà Brew Shilajit Resin, 15 Grams (grade A+, from £41.49 at Healf). Grades reflect what a product's Certificate of Analysis documents — independent lab, numeric heavy metal results, batch code — not taste, effects or brand claims.
The testing lab's name (an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab, which in the UK means accredited by UKAS or an equivalent national body), numeric results for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury rather than just "pass", a batch or lot number matching the product you buy, and a recent date. A report with no lab named, or written on the brand's own letterhead, is the brand's own statement rather than independent testing.
